Summary: Free E-mail at ManagedMoneynet is provided as a forwarding service that delivers personalized e-mail on a permanent basis.

The Process
Mail sent to Name@ManagedMoneynet.com is sent to the ManagedMoneynet server. Our server looks up the forwarding address that you have specified upon registration and resends the message to that address.

Register by completing the Registration Form. The registration process is automated and service begins immediately. You will receive a message from the server confirming your registration.

Terms of Service

1. Registrant is solely responsible for the contents of their transmissions through Free E-mail at ManagedMoneynet.
2. Registrant selects a User Name and Password. Registrant is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User Name and Password. Registrant agrees to notify ManagedMoneynet of any unauthorized account use or breach of security.
3. Registrant agrees not to use Free E-mail at ManagedMoneynet for illegal purposes. Registrant's use of Free E-mail at ManagedMoneynet is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
4. Registrant agrees not to use Free E-mail at ManagedMoneynet for commercial e-mail solicitations, advertising, offensive or illegal communications, communications that infringe intellectual property rights, or communications that harass, intimidate or otherwise violate the rights of others.
5. ManagedMoneynet, may at its sole discretion immediately terminate Registrant's Free E-mail at ManagedMoneynet without notice should Registrant's conduct fail to conform with the Terms of Service.
6. EACH REGISTRANT EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT THE REGISTRANT'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER MANAGEDMONEYNET NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES MANAGEDMONEYNET OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS SERVICE. NEITHER MANAGEDMONEYNET NOR ANY ONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.

Privacy Statement

1. We respect the right to privacy, and will not release any information about any registrant unless required to do so by law.
2. We support and participate in reasonable efforts to rid the Internet of spam. To that end, we will not sell or give away your email address or personal information to anyone.

Edit Forwarding Address
If you change the E-mail provider that you listed on the Registration Form, you need to Edit your Forwarding Address.
